Many have asked for the recipes mentioned, and I really use methods for these over exact recipes. 
Ghee or butter or coconut oil to cover the bottom of the pot
add a teaspoon of mustard seeds, when they begin to pop add a teaspoon or more of organic turmeric powder or a curry powder.  Add what seems yummy to you from a spice box, like a little cloves, a little cumin a pinch of cayenne a little cardomom or cardomom pods (remove these before blending).
add diced onion, a little fresh or powdered ginger
once soft add a can of coconut milk
add chopped sweet potatores, carrots, any winter squash, add water to cover and simmer till soft.   Once vegetables are soft, then blend, serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper, or some sprouted pumpkin seeds or any microgreens for garnish.
Make your own salad dressing:
 1/4 C favorite olive oil
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1 tsp celtic salt
a few drops favorite vitality oils: basil is a favorite
Dill plus sour cream or greek yogurt makes a fabulous dressing with cucumbers and can be blended
