We arrived in Osaka by train and luckily weee able to checkin to our hotel a bit early and head to see Osaka castle grounds. It was a beautiful day so lots of visitors and food vendors and performers welcoming them. I was amazed the only street performer<iframe title="vimeo-player" src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/936481564?h=9803589428" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> setup just as we walked up and he happened to be playing a few of my favorite instruments to hear!

Fast overview, we catch a train to Osaka this morning so we are packing up to leave our three night stay in Nagano. We found gorgeous cherry trees in full bloom in white, dark pink, and light pink everywhere we traveled yesterday. The evergreens that have been beautifully pruned are truly inspiring. Many places daffodils and phlox and little hyacinths and muscari are blooming. The Nagano region has snow capped mountains and was home to one of the Winter Olympics. A little shop we walked into had a variety of glass beads along with a few stones we love such as amethyst and celenite and in interesting small display of one tuning fork and crystal kits - Michael spotted it first. I had to hear the bowl in the photo - it is very lovely! It was fun to find sound healing instruments as we went! We logged over 14,000 steps our first full day and 8 miles yesterday. Michael has enjoyed the Onsen daily and I finally joined (because it was convenient and before 10pm) yesterday at the Snow Monkey park. Yes, I bathed in hot mineral monkey hair water 😂. The snow monkeys drink from and bathe in the hot mineral waters. It was pretty cool hearing the geyser , the rushing mountain runoff and enjoying the stone outdoor onsen and watching the monkeys! First thing I did this morning was grab all my oils for my sore feet! Praise the Lord again for Peppermint and Gary Young!

The tired couple on the train from Tokyo to Nagano after a 14 hour flight and a 5:45 am airport ride and another 2 hour connecting flight. We arrived at our hotel and will spare you the room details for now. We came to see cherry blossoms and were greeted with this amazing orchid display! We woke up 5:30 am local time to a beautiful view of mountains as this small city sits in a mountain valley. The best part of this morning is the hotel breakfast buffet is truly wonderful with many fermented food condiments, great coffee, and a very delicious refreshing fresh beet banana smoothie! Next we will walk a half mile to a castle and the cherry blossoms forecast is today full bloom best viewing! Another adventure we would never have had without Young Living deciding Diamond retreat would be to Okinawa where the ginger grows :). Stay tuned to follow the adventure.

Fabulous book available on Amazon by Jodi Cohen with a forward by Terry Wahls, MD. Worth way more than the $19.99, this has so much helpful info to understand why we need to be using our oils every day. Even seasoned oilers I find are not really using enough oils to stay ahead of the wellness ‘curve’. Think of the old type of scales where all toxins we are exposed to daily are stacked on one side and any health supports like exercise, oils, supplements, ningxia red, Raindrop technique, healthy food are stacked on the other side. Most people are chronically imbalanced and then everyone is shocked at the person just ‘suddenly’ being diagnosed with a cancer or heart attack or other dis-ease. Daily our minds and bodies are being challenged by more than we fuel ourselves with via oils, supplements, healthy food, clean water, and right thoughts. We can choose to tip the scales in our favor, one drop at a time.

Today's lifestyles often come adorned with stress in various forms, one of which may stem from the chaos of home renovation projects. Amid the excitement for the final outcome, the constant decisions, interruptions, and clutter can contribute significantly to feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. Recognizing the need for stress relief, the utilization of essential oils, specifically a blend like Stress Away, can provide a calming atmosphere, making it easier to navigate through the disruption with a more relaxed and focused mindset.
