Those of you who want to keep your eyes must keep your liver healthy. At my last eye exam for new glasses, the eye doc told me to please wear sunglasses and eat more collards, chard, and cooked spinach. She didn't know about multi-greens and Ningxia yet. I had slacked off on multi-greens, thinking I got enough from my diet and I had thought of multi-greens as just for my heavy metal detox needs in the past, so I wasn't super consistent. In these days (not just old age) we must be diligent to feed our bodies for longevity. in Ecuador in February 2025, the doc reading my blood analysis showed me that now my blood looks much better than 6 months prior but white blood cell increase shows infection and these spidery type things indicate liver stress. My hormones are good, not as much acid or cholesterol deposits as last time, so all in all pretty good but now I'm looking to support my liver (just ordered glf and juvacleanse in my March Loyalty Rewards order to take and I'm gonna make up medical medium liver cleanse recipes and juice beets wtih celery juice daily now).

Who here likes pistachios?
Did you know #pistachios are the only nut with a measurable amount of the #carotenoid known as lutein? They actually contain both lutein and zeaxanthin, two carotenoids that make up our eyes' #macular pigment.
A new study just published showed that eating two handfuls (about 2 ounces or 57 grams) of pistachios a day for 90 days may lead to a significant improvement in what is called "macular pigment optical density", or MPOD. #MPOD is a measure of eye health, and higher levels of MPOD protect the eyes from blue light and age-related damage.
The total #lutein and #zeaxanthin in two handfuls of pistachios is just 1.65 milligrams (mg).
The minimum recommended levels of lutein and zeaxanthin for consistent eye health is typically 10 mg/day for lutein and 2 mg/day for zeaxanthin.
So you have two choices to get the total amount of recommended lutein and zeaxanthin: eat LOTS of pistachios, or take one Illumineyes capsule per day (
We have known about the benefit of lutein and zeaxanthin on eye health for quite some time. That is why #YoungLiving
introduced Illumineyes a few years ago.
#Illumineyes has a total of 24 mg of lutein (20 mg) and zeaxanthin (4 mg) from #marigold flowers in each capsule.
A key to maintaining eye health is taking lutein and zeaxanthin consistently. Our bodies DO NOT make lutein or zeaxanthin, so we MUST supply our bodies by either our
Be sure to include at least 1 capsule of Illumineyes per day in your daily
routine!
