If you've heard my story ( and if you haven't, you can see a short video here: https://vimeo.com/389986253/2033fb0528?share=copy ) , you know that Raindrop followed by a healing oils of the bible class literally gave me back my life in 2007. Every month since then, I have purchased Young Living products and learned how to incorporate them into my daily life. I've lost track of how many people I've taught Raindrop to over the years, and how many I have given. These oils are still what I call my happy oils, because every time I give a raindrop or just put them on my own feet, I feel my mood shift to one of higher joy! Now, we do have an oil called Joy and sometimes I add that to the spine when giving Raindrop too! Within a few years of using Young Living, my sponsor got me to a CARE Intensive and then I became a Board Certified Raindrop Specialist because I had to learn more about why Raindrop helped me so much and I wanted to help others. I still offer to teach people this technique, you just have to ask me.

Did you all have a lovely Thanksgiving? We had a nice family holiday so busy I wasn't online much. November was a whirlwind yet peaceful month with 2 out of state trips for me; a friend's surgery, our son's wedding, and the passing of an elder uncle in Canada. The ebbs and flows of life continue. Daily habits of prayer, study, gratitude, exercise, eating right, drinking enough water and Ningxia, sharing oils, applying oils, building relationships, etc. do indeed create smooth paths like Charlotte Mason wrote about years ago like railroad tracks that carry you through even when you don't feel like moving. In each area of our lives, we have choices about the habits we make and the tolerations we alllow. I use a quart sized mason jar to help me drink enough water daily, and I really miss it when I travel. But it makes it easiest for me to keep track of how much I've had and getting 4 full in a day just seems to make my brain and bowels happier. I use at least 20 drops of some type of citrus oil in one and often add mineral essence (though out of stock at the moment) and a drop or two of peppermint oil. I'm choosing to allow daily fiber arts and daily music practice time these days, and I'm choosing to create extra time to pass along those loves to my grandchildren. I don't always succeed, but in time I believe the habits will have a positive impact. Two grandchildren live near me and want a massage with oils and tuning forks, so that habit of oils and bodywork they have down pat! They gladly drink their Ningxia, chew Mightyzymes and our Chewable C. My gardening win for the month is this novel beauty: saffron crocus, I only planted a dozen bulbs in October and forgot them. If you saw my facebook post, then you know they bloomed on my third daughter's heavenly birthday, Nov 28. A precious God-wink. May each of you follow Soul Keeping advice: "you must arrange your days so that you are experiencing deep contentment, joy, and confidence in your everyday life with God."

This is my 5th trip to nova vita - I earned 3 of those as leader trips and guest of a leader. This place is made for us to be proactive about our lifestyle of wellness. I felt pretty exhausted after our epic Asia trip and a friend was dealing with her health needs so we came for some extras for our reset! Started our visit to Ecuador with repolarizing IVs and a ylang ylang floral water hot tub. Sleep improvements have happened. Next morning after arrival we had blood cell analysis and a list of suggested supplements and therapies to get started on. I’m doing chelation edta Ivs , colon hydrotherapy with ozone and oils, lymphatics drainage, ledum, thieves, helichrysum, frank, Vit C , facial, neuro auricular technique and a lomi lomi massage. The food here is super delicious. Beautiful birds are all around, papaya cacao and ylang ylang trees and dragonfruit growing all round us. Who is coming with me next March? A full week of 3-4 services a day is about $2700 - that’s a 25% discount for YL members and including lodging and food and juices. Even a shorter trip can be planned. You are worth this health maintenance trip.

We stayed Right next to a huge TCM hospital yet did not figure out how to get a service. Some of that was due to our tourist desires trumping appointments and some was due to denial of appointment. We did however manage to get a massage that was quite wonderful and such a unique experience. We asked on the street for a massage place and at first couldn’t find it as the exterior looked like it was an old restaurant or something with broken appliances outside. So we asked again someone on the sidewalk who assured us we were there. So we went down the steps and found the most amazing marble lined LONG spa with multiple rooms setup! Each room contained a HUGE TV screen and reclining lounge chairs that the massage was done fully clothed on. You could choose to listen to music or have a rv show going or even order drinks from the remote. She began the massage by having my feet soak in hot water and then got up behind me and massaged my neck and upper back. Then she massaged my feet a LONG time before moving to lots of compression on the rest of the body. She finished the massage facedown with an awesome hair pull and effleurage over my whole back down to my feet.
